3.Thinking about oneself in the future
Where will you be in 5 to 10 years? How are you going to shape your career plan? Thinking about these will help you in deciding on what you should do and take the first step accordingly.
4.Seeing yourself from a third person perspective
By seeing yourself objectively, you can see your strengths and weaknesses. You can ask your friends, families and even teachers about their opinion on you so get a proper answer.
5.Thinking about the connection with Japan
If you are planning to work in Japan, this factor is important. The questions you would want to ask are “Why do you wanna work in Japan?”, “Why made you interested in Japan in the first place?” and if you are a student, “ Why are you studying in Japan?” By also reflecting on your own country and Japan as well, you might be able to approach it. By thinking about this, you can also link it to why you want to work in a company that is in Japan; thus persuade the company during the interview.
